The Chief Minister of the state and the DGP have been summoned by the Union Home Ministry over the attack on the convoy of BJP National President JP Nadda in West Bengal. TMC has expressed objection to this action of the Central Government by writing a letter to the Union Home Secretary. TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee has written in the letter that the matter of law and order is entirely that of the state. It does not come under the jurisdiction of the Center.
पश्चिम बंगाल में बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा के काफिले पर हुए हमले को लेकर राज्य के मुख्य सचिव और डीजीपी को केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने तलब किया है. केंद्र सरकार के इस एक्शन को लेकर टीएमसी केंद्रीय गृह सचिव को पत्र लिखकर आपत्ति जाहिर की है. टीएमसी सांसद कल्याण बनर्जी ने पत्र में लिखा है कि कानून एवं व्यवस्था का मामला पूरी तरह से राज्य का है. ये केंद्र के अधिकार क्षेत्र में नहीं आता है.
